Our Full Service
We have been installing high quality kitchen furniture in and around Crowborough for over a decade. Our two showrooms display some of the best products on the market today.
Shaw's Kitchens offer a full design service. Our experienced designers will visit you in your home to take detailed measurements of the current space. They will chat with you at length about your likes and dislikes, your own vision of the new kitchen area and most importantly your wish list!
The Six Stages to your new kitchen
1. Survey - A designer will visit you at your home, to discuss your requirements, your likes and your dislikes. At this time we will take measurements to enable us to produce an accurate detailed design.
2. Design Consultation - Held at our showroom, this gives you the opportunity to see a photo realistic 3D computer image of how your new kitchen will look. During the consultation our designer will make a note of any changes you require. A detailed quotation will be presented to you at this time.
3. Presentation - Once your requested adjustments have been made we will ask you to visit us again to see your final design. At this time you will be given a choice of installation dates. (If you wish to proceed at this time we would ask for a deposit)
4. Technical Survey - Your project manager will visit you and carry out a full technical survey prior to installation, this enables us to be fully prepared at the installation stage. Your project manager will carry out inspections and will be on hand to answer any questions throughout the project.
5. Installation - Installation is usually completed within three weeks. One week before installation your project manager will contact you to arrange access for the first day of fitting. At this point we ask for a stage payment.
6. Completion - Once the installation of your new kitchen is complete your project manager will attend to certify completion. Shortly after this your original designer will visit you to hopefully take some photographs for our portfolio and to collect the final settlement cheque.
